Throughout my search I have found multiple sources to get everything from professional journalism, blog post, spotify playlist additions, and more.
What you need to know about copyright laws and how to make sure you are legit!!
According to wikipedia it states: Copyright is a legal right, existing globally in many countries, that basically grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights to determine and decide whether, and under what conditions, this original work may be used by others. This is usually only for a limited time. The exclusive rights are not absolute but limited by limitations and exceptions to copyright law, including fair use. A major limitation on copyright on ideas is that copyright protects only the original expression of ideas, and not the underlying ideas themselves.
So in essence, we need to be very careful with use of photos, use of others intellectual property, and content! We need to verify that what we are using, we have permission! Whether its for personal or commercial use it has different implications. Google is your friend. Do your Due Diligence!!
